On February 4, Kindergarten students celebrated a special event – 100 days of school! It was not only a milestone for these young learners, but also an opportunity for some fun and creative learning. Since their first day of school, Kindergarten students have been counting, tallying, and chain-linking each day toward their goal of 100. To celebrate, they participated in a variety of games, activities and crafts centered around the number 100, such as dressing up like 100 year-old people, creating necklaces with 100 Fruit Loops, completing a 100-piece puzzle together, and practicing all of the ways they can count to 100. This was also a day for students to reflect on how much they have learned this year, appreciate how much they have grown, and imagine what the next 100 days will bring!
