Famous Figures

Third graders paid tribute to some of the world’s most notable figures in their Famous Person Exhibition this week. Artists, inventors, athletes, leaders, changemakers, and others who have made our world a better place were highlighted and on display for classmates and parents. Each student researched a famous person, sketched a portrait, made a visual display, and created artifacts to tell their story.

The exhibition was their opportunity to share what they learned. Visitors got to “meet” some of the most important people from history – people who have contributed to who we are today!
