Personal Statement
As Artist in Residence at Weilenmann School of Discovery, I have been able to work closely with art colleagues to shape a dynamic, innovative and project-based art program. I have always loved to draw and paint, but I am passionate about art in all its forms. It is important to me that students feel that passion as they find and hone their own artistic voices. The definition of art is always expanding, and will continue to do so. As students find more opportunities for self-expression, I encourage them to believe in their own creativity.
