Personal Statement
I always knew I wanted to be a teacher. I hope to inspire my students to take an active role in their learning and foster a creative, collaborative learning community where each student can reach their fullest potential. My husband and I chose WSD for our own children because of the commitment to educating the whole child, opportunities for project-based learning experiences, and the robust arts programs. I feel so fortunate to be working alongside a fabulous group of educators who are truly passionate about the work they do in the classroom. I cannot wait to see my own students blossom and grow as we transition into the Middle School years.
