Over 500 WSD families and friends helped us celebrate the season at Fall Festival 2024! The weather was ideal and the playground was the ideal spot for an afternoon of fall fun that included face painting, apple stacking, punkin’ chunkin’, a bounce house, and other games, crafts, and activities.
A huge thank you goes out to all who attended the Festival; to our our parent volunteers, who went way beyond the call of duty in donating time and supplies; to Black’s Sliders Food Truck for their amazing farm-to-table fare; to the talented Jeff Cohen and David Gilman-Frederick for live music; to WSD’s support team for some mighty heavy lifting; to the many parents who stayed after to help us take down the event, and to all who supported the Fall Fest in any way!
