Personal Statement
I am ecstatic to be a part of the Outdoor Education and Special Education teams at WSD. My first babysitting job made me fall in love with children and I have had a passion for teaching ever since. Working with students in small groups or individually is so rewarding, and I love my time with them. I have always loved the outdoors as well, and grew up mountain bike racing and spending all of my free time on the open trails. Working and learning in WSD’s beautiful mountain setting inspires me, and I enjoy sharing my love of the outdoors and active lifestyle with students.
